Grand Car Sale
How we turned a bloated, hard-to-run car site into a fast one that keeps itself up to date, brings in better leads, and cut their costs.

A site that cost more than it earned
Grand Car Sale imports cars from Japan and the UK and sells them in Cyprus. They buy the car you want at auction, ship it over, and handle the paperwork.
Their old site looked alright, but under the surface it was a mess. It ran on WordPress and had grown slow and bloated. Every car was its own page, so the catalog was only right if someone sat and updated it by hand all day: what sold, what was new, what the price was now. That was about 3,000 euros a month in wages just to keep the website in order.
And even with all that upkeep, things still went wrong. Links led nowhere, and prices were often out of date.
There was no real content either. Just 500 to 600 near-empty car pages, with nothing written to sell. To Google, that is “thin content,” so it ranked the whole site low.
Rebuild it, don't patch it
They could have kept paying to patch the old site. But what they needed was not a plugin here and there. It was new logic: payment calculators for buyers, new sections, and a smarter way to handle a catalog of hundreds of cars. Forcing all that onto a slow, bloated site would only make it slower, and cost a fortune.
So we did not patch it. We worked out what the business actually needed and proposed the plan, right down to what to do with all those cars, then built the whole thing from scratch.
A site built to run itself
Instead of a page for every car, the catalog is built around the makes and models they bring in and the average price Cyprus pays. That is clearer and more honest for buyers, and it ends the daily grind of updating a page per car. Live stock is quick to keep current, the payment calculators the old site could not carry sit on every car, and eight SEO guides pull in buyers searching for answers no competitor had covered.

Somewhere for the ads to land
We built funnels for their paid traffic to hit, made to turn a click into a lead. And when someone works out their monthly payment on the site, a smart form sends it straight to a sales rep, along with the car they were looking at.
One place for every lead
Behind it all sits one database and admin panel, wired into their CRM. Every lead from the site and every lead from the ads lands in the same place, tagged and kept apart, so they always know who came from which page and which ad.
We host the whole thing and keep it running, so they never touch the technical side.
