Voice Karaoke

How we turned a clumsy online store into a booking machine for a Limassol karaoke club.

An online store with nothing to sell

Voice is a karaoke club in Limassol. Two halls, a full bar, pan-Asian food, live hosts. A place built for a loud night out.

Their old site was built on Wix and badly put together. Worse, it was laid out like an online store, cart, checkout and all, for a business with nothing to sell online. A guest who just wanted to book a table had to click past products that were never for sale.

Build it like the club feels

We threw out the store. We built a new site that looks and feels like the club itself, dark, warm, and a little loud, drawn from their own interior and their logo.

And we pointed the whole thing at one job: getting a guest to book a table.

Everything a guest needs to say yes

One continuous page that walks a guest through the night: the rooms, hall rental for parties and events, the menu, and a gallery of the real place. Every path leads to the same thing, a booking.

Bookings land where the staff already are

When a guest books, the request drops straight into the team’s Telegram group. Staff see it the second it comes in and lock the table down. No inbox to watch, no guest left waiting.

Day 2
first bookings after launch

The club’s domain was already two years old, so it carried real weight. The old site just wasted it. We put a site on it that actually turns a visitor into a booking, and the first ones came in on the second day after launch. That weight finally works for the business instead of sitting idle.
